Hi, I know, very old thread, but just for the sake of other people looking/struggling with this annoying slow moving cursor in the UI (especially with triple screen) Thanks to the comment of @Cadde I found the solution! In Steam you add the launch parameter "-sysmouse" and it will use your windows mouse settings.
The "exhaust" slider also doesn't do much. It's meant to affect how loud your engine brake (jake brake) sound is, but most jake sounds on these trucks are extremely muffled and barely audible. The only truck that sounds reasonably nice is the W900. Additionally, if you do the "s_interior_volume 5 (or 10)" console command, it makes the interior

One is global and in the "root" folder of Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2. and each of your profiles also has one. The game engine is old with recent update it made it a lot better and if you are struggling to maintain a playable frames on 400% scaling @1080p try 125% or 150% and set anti aliasing to max this should at least make the image quality less blurry while maintaining the sharpness.
